Questions about cost & commitment
Why don't you publish fixed prices?
Because every business is different. A 3-page restaurant site is very different from a 10-page school site with online enrolment forms. We publish ranges and confirm pricing in a free consultation, so you only pay for what you actually need — and so we don't pad invoices to cover scope creep.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Everything is itemised in your quote: domain, hosting, design & build, maintenance, and any add-ons. We pass through third-party costs (like Google Workspace) at cost — we don't mark them up.
Do you require long-term contracts?
For one-off builds: no contract beyond the project agreement. For Managed IT Partner: we ask for a 3-month minimum, then it's month-to-month so you can leave anytime with 30 days' notice. We earn your business every month — not lock you in.
Do you take payments in VND, USD, or both?
Both. We quote and invoice in VND for clients in Vietnam, and in USD for international clients. Common methods include bank transfer, Wise, and major card processors. We'll confirm what works best for you at the quote stage.
What if I already have a domain or hosting?
Great — we'll work with what you have. We can audit your current setup and recommend keeping it or migrating only if it's clearly causing problems. No pressure to switch.
Is there a discount for nonprofits, churches, or schools?
Yes. We offer discounted maintenance and reduced project fees for registered nonprofits, churches, and accredited schools. Send us proof of status with your enquiry and we'll apply the discount in your quote.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Absolutely. Most clients start with Starter or Business, then move to Managed IT Partner once they see the value of having one accountable partner. You only ever pay for what you're currently on.
