qsolve.io exists because we've been on both sides of bad IT. We've been the small business owner waiting three weeks for a callback after the website went down. We've also been the technical team called in too late to clean up the damage from a vendor who set up shortcuts instead of systems.
The pattern is always the same: someone sold a product instead of a solution. The customer got a fancy invoice and a fragile setup. When something broke, no one wanted to own it.
